Teen Dies at Hockey Training Camp in New Brunswick

16-year-old hockey player, Jordan Boyd, from Bedford Nova Scotia collapsed and died during his first day at the Acadie-Bathurst Titan training camp.

Boyd complained of feeling some discomfort after a skating session then collapsed. The staff medical team attempted to revive Boyd before he was taken to Chaleur Regional Hospital, where later his death was confirmed.

According to Acadie-Bathurst Titan - No medical problems were evident after an assessment prior to Boyd attending the training camp.
