Armed Robbery at the Shopping Basket in Moncton
The Codiac Regional RCMP are investigating an armed robbery that took place at the Shopping Basket convenience store at 159 Humphrey Street in Moncton.
At approximately at 3:30 P.M. on Sunday February 26, a man entered the store with a ski mask covering his face and carrying a weapon. He demanded cash and then fled on foot.
He is described as being approximately 30 years old, about 5'6" tall, and weighing approximately 150 pounds.
The investigation is continuing.
