Meth Seized in Bannon, New Brunswick Drug Bust
A 50-year-old man from western New Brunswick faces drug charges after a meth bust at his home late last week.
The West District RCMP, Hartland Detachment, with assistance from Woodstock Town Police, the Integrated Crime Reduction Unit and the RCMP Federal Operations, executed a search warrant at a home in Bannon, N.B. at around 3:30 pm last Friday.
Police say a quantity of pills believed to be methamphetamine along with cash was seized.
A 50-year-old man from Bannon was arrested and later released. He is scheduled to appear in court next month. The investigation is ongoing.
