
Woman Charged with Drug Trafficking & Possession in Maine
A 31-year-old woman was arrested and charged with drug trafficking and possession after narcotics were seized in Bucksport.
Woman Arrested after Traffic Stop and Drugs Seized
Sara Malta was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Route 1. She was charged with Operating after Revocation.
Drugs Found on Person and in Vehicle
The Bucksport Police Department found Malta in possession of meth, cocaine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia on her person and in the vehicle.

Woman Concealing Drugs in Body Cavity
“While being processed at the Hancock County Jail. Ms. Malta was found to be concealing suspected controlled substances within a body cavity.” according to Bucksport PD.
Fentanyl, Cocaine, Meth and Cash Seized
Malta was charged with possession of 24.1 grams of fentanyl, 14.2 grams of cocaine, and 32.1 grams of methamphetamine. $590 in cash was also seized as suspected drug proceeds.

Woman Faces Multiple Charges Including Aggravated Drug Trafficking
Malta faces charges for two counts of Aggravated Drug Trafficking, Unlawful Drug Trafficking, Unlawful Drug Possession, Operating After Revocation and Violation of Probation.
