Two women and a man were arrested Thursday and charged with Drug Trafficking and Possession as part of an ongoing investigation in Brewer.

Police seized drugs and a firearm after officers executed a search warrant at a Center Street residence.

Man Charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking

A 19-year-old man, Ricardo Costa from Fall River, Massachusetts, was charged with Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.

Woman Charged with Unlawful Drug Possession

A 33-year-old woman from Brewer, Chelsea Frazier, was charged with Unlawful Drug Possession.

Second Woman Charged with Unlawful Drug Possession

A 41-year-old woman, Dennis Fongeallaz from Brewer, was charged with Unlawful Drug Possession, Violation of Conditional Release and an Outstanding Arrest Warrant.

Additional Search Warrants Executed in the Area

Multiple search warrants have been executed on Howard Lane, Union Street and Center Street as part of a months-long drug trafficking investigation. Drugs and firearms have been seized, according to the Brewer Police Department.

Multiple Agencies Involved in the Drug Investigation

Lead investigators in the case were the Brewer Police Department Warrant Team, Brewer Police Department Criminal Investigation Division, Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, and Brewer Code Enforcement.
