Three People Face Drug Charges at Tobique First Nation
Police say two women and one man have been arrested following the execution of a drug search warrant on Tobique First Nation.
The West District RCMP executed a warrant at a home on Tobique First Nation on Wednesday, according to Sgt. Marc Fortin. Officers seized prescription pills, a quantity of what is believed to be hashish and other drug paraphernalia, along with three firearms and an undisclosed amount of money.
A 25-year-old man, a 23-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman were arrested and released with a promise to appear in court at a later date.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
