Three people were arrested and charged with drug trafficking after a month-long investigation in Edgecomb.

Warrants Executed

The MDEA, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and the Maine State Police Tactical Team executed warrants at 8 Wawenock Road on Wednesday.

Three Arrested and Charged

Agents arrested 36-year-old John Andretta Jr. and charged him with aggravated drug trafficking. Also arrested was 42-year-old Jeanna Gustafson and 21-year-old Wyatt Cannady who were both charged with drug trafficking.

Drugs and Money Seized

During the search, police seized 68 grams of cocaine base and $17,000 in suspected drug proceeds. The estimated street value of the cocaine was $6,800.

Undercover Buys

The MDEA said “as a result of several undercover buys of drugs from the residence” all three individuals were arrested and charged.

Ongoing Investigation

All three were transported to the Twin Bridges Jail in Wiscasset. The investigation is ongoing.
