9 People Arrested after Drug Trafficking Investigation in Maine
Nine people were arrested after a search warrant was executed and drugs seized following an investigation into drug trafficking in Berwick.
Nine People Arrested & Drugs Seized
The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Berwick Police Department conducted the search at 19 Katabel Lane around 6:30 am Wednesday.
Address Known to Police
The house was part of a months-long investigation after “dozens” of disturbance calls to the location. The address was also “the scene of a suspected homicide that occurred in January 2023,” said MDEA.
Undercover Purchases
Undercover purchases of fentanyl and meth were made during the investigation.
Drugs, Evidence and Money Seized
Law enforcement seized over 140 grams of fentanyl, 10 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales, and other evidence indicative of illegal drug trafficking. The approximate value of the seized drugs is $15,000.

- Jacqueline Geoffrey (35) of Berwick for Unlawful Drug Trafficking (Methamphetamine). Bail set at $10,000.
- Meagan White (38) of Berwick for 2 counts of Unlawful Drug Trafficking (Methamphetamine). Bail set at $5000 cash.
- Travis Buckley (33) of Berwick for Unlawful Drug Trafficking ( Fentanyl). Bail set at $5,000 cash.
- Evan St Yves (23) of Berwick for Unlawful Drug Trafficking (Methamphetamine). Bail set at $10,000 cash.
- Billy Brown (42) of Berwick for Aggravated Drug Unlawful Trafficking (Fentanyl) and 5 counts of Violation of Bail. No Bail.
- David Cormier (35) of Berwick for Failure to Appear in Court. Warrant Bail set at $125.
- Brandon Witcher (38) of Berwick for 2 counts of Failure to Appear in Court Warrant. Bail set at $430.
- Zachary Buckley (37) of Berwick for 3 counts of Violation of Bail Warrant. Bail set at $240.
- Stephanie McDonald (35) of Berwick for Violation of Bail Warrant. Bail set at $100.
More Arrests Expected
All nine suspects were taken to the York County Jail. More arrested are expected, said police.
