Central Aroostook beat Woodland 39-36 in the Class D girls quarterfinal. Harleigh Allen and Lilly Burtt scored 12 points each as the Lady Panthers survived a late Woodland rally.
Fort Fairfield beat Woodland 57-41 in a Class D boys quarterfinal. Lucas Cormier hit five 3-pointers and scored 18 points, and Ethan Walsh added 16 points as the Tigers advanced.
Presque Isle beat Nokomis 69-42 and Central Aroostook beat Schenck 55-40 to advance to Bangor. Thursday features four all-County Class S quarterfinal games.
Ashland beat Deer Isle-Stonington 27-16 in a Class S quarterfinal in Bangor. Ashland forced 26 turnovers and had 17 steals, led by Sadie Trams with 10 points.
