According to the Aroostook County Sheriff's Office, Deputies and Houlton Ambulance responded to a 911 call on Friday night on the Ludlow Road in Ludlow. The caller reported that a female had been exposed to a meth lab and was having trouble breathing.

Officials say a 25-year-old female was taken to Houlton Regional Hospital and was released later that evening.

Sheriff’s Deputies determined it was likely the injuries were caused by an accidental chemical exposure and contacted fellow Deputies assigned to MDEA.

MDEA Agents responded to continue the investigation.

Two arrests have been made so far and a full press release will be forthcoming from MDEA later today.
