Police are investigating after a woman’s body was found Thursday in the water in Cape Elizabeth.

The Cape Elizabeth Police Department said the body was found around 1:26 pm on the shore at Fort Williams Park.
Identity not Released
The identity of the woman was not released. Officials said more evidence and details will be updated on social media.
