Two Men Arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking in Maine
Two men were arrested for Drug Trafficking after fentanyl, mushrooms, meth and a pistol were seized in Lewiston.
Two Men Arrested for Aggravated Drug Trafficking
The Lewiston Police Department arrested 42-year-old Chad Fogg and 27-year-old Joseph Moore, both from Lewiston, after a search warrant was executed at 251 Blake Street.
Gun and Drugs Seized after Search Warrant
Officers seized 142 grams of fentanyl, 5 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 2 grams of methamphetamine and one pistol. Drug trafficking evidence was also found in the residence.
Aggravated Drug Trafficking Charges and Parole Violation
Fogg is charged with Unlawful Drug Trafficking and Violation of Conditions of Release. At the time of his arrest, Fogg was out on six separate conditions of release.
Additional Firearms Charge
Moore faces charges for Aggravated Drug Trafficking and Possession of a Firearm when Prohibited.
