A 26-year-old man from Monticello was seriously injured after his tractor-trailer hit and derailed a train on Route 11 in Masardis, Maine.

A 68-year-old Winterville Plantation man was killed early Friday, May 13th after the pickup he was driving rolled over on Route 11 just below Masardis.

Masardis Fire and Ambulance checked out Charmichael on the scene. He sustained minor injuries.

Saucier was taken to the Aroostook County Jail where bail was set. A court date will be scheduled in Presque Isle.

Maine State Police responded to a rollover crash in the town of Masardis involving a tractor trailer loaded with potatoes.

Maine State Troopers were in Masardis Tuesday at the scene of a log truck crash on Route 11.

Motorists are urged to slow down or move over and change lanes, when possible, if approaching utility crews working on roadways.
