Neurodevelopmental Disorders

The Maine State Police said Brandy Foster has neurodevelopmental disorders and was last seen around 11 pm Sunday night at her home on Sunset Terrace.

Woman and Dog Missing

Her grandmother woke up around 8 am to find her gone with her Shih Tzu named Daisy.

Description of Missing Woman

Foster is described as a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She’s 5’6” and weighs 120 lbs.

What She was Wearing

She was wearing black pants with a red backpack that says “PITA.” She also had a black wallet with a bow and sequins. Her dog was wearing a pink sweatshirt.

Left by Foot or Car

“At this time it is unknown if she left on foot or in a car,” said the Maine Department of Public Safety.
