Man Allegedly Threatened Woman, Both Charged with Drug Possession in Maine
A 28-year-old man was arrested after allegedly threatening a woman with a gun at a residence in Bath. Both were charged with drug possession.
Armed and Dangerous Man Threatened Woman
When Bath Police arrived on the scene, officers had information from the victim that the suspect was still inside the residence and was “armed and dangerous.”
Suspect Ordered out of House
The residence at the intersection of Middle Street and Russell Street was surrounded. The man was ordered out of the home and taken into custody.
Man Arrested for Criminal Threatening and Possession
Police arrested 28-year-old Noah Sibole-Little from Bath and charged him with Illegal Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, Unlawful Drug Possession, and Criminal Threatening.
Search Warrant
A search warrant was executed and police found “additional evidence supporting criminal activity.”
Woman Arrested for Drug Possession and Firearm
Officers then arrested 26-year-old Kayla Maheu from Bath. She was charged with Illegal Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person and Unlawful Drug Possession.
Transported to Jail
They were both taken to Two Bridges Regional Jail.
