Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin have been hit with a billion-dollar lawsuit in the wake of their involvement in the college admissions scheme.

Just when you thought this case could not get any worse, a new report claims a mom whose son didn't get into college is suing the actresses and the parents involved in the scandal. The woman, Jennifer Kay Toy, filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco and is seeking no less than $500 billion in damages.

In a statement, Toy claims her son Joshua had a 4.2 GPA, adding that she believes he was not given a fair chance because of "wealthy individuals" like Huffman and Loughlin.

"Joshua applied to some of the colleges where the cheating took place and did not get in. Joshua and I believed that he'd had a fair chance just like all the other applicants but did not make the cut for some undisclosed reason," the lawsuit reads. "I'm now outraged and hurt because I feel that my son, my only child, was denied access to a college not because he failed to work and study hard enough but because wealthy individuals felt that it was ok to lie, cheat, steal and bribe their children's way into a good college."

This lawsuit is just another devasting blow to Loughlin, who was fired from all current and upcoming Hallmark projects, including the series When Calls the Heart where she played Abigail Stanton for six seasons. Her daughter, Olivia Jade Giannulli, was also dropped from both Sephora and TRESemme following the scandal.
