Wakefield Man Sentenced After Thefts at Woodstock Car Dealership
A 35-year-old New Brunswick man was sentenced earlier this week in connection with several break and enters and thefts that took place in Woodstock last fall.
Officials say Geoffrey Cudmore of Wakefield was sentenced in Woodstock Provincial Court on Tuesday after being linked to several thefts that happened at Corey Ford on Connell Street in November. Cudmore apparently stole rims and tires off vehicles at the dealership, totally more than $4,000.

Cudmore came to the attention of police after an anonymous tip came in that a set of tires was listed on Kijiji.
Police also found other items linking Cudmore to a string of break and enters at the Covered Bridge Golf and Country Club in Hartland last fall. Cudmore will spend the next 2 1/2 years behind bars.
