Two Minors Escaped Detention Center & Fled in Stolen Car in Maine
Two males escaped from Long Creek Youth Development Center and fled in a stolen vehicle around 7:30 pm Friday night.

Police said, minutes after the escape, the youths stole a vehicle with “a strong-armed robbery with threat of a firearm at the 10 Liberty Lane parking lot” next to the detention center. The stolen Honda Civic was later located.
Suspects Still at Large
“The two minors are still at large,” said the Department of Corrections. “The suspects were last seen in Biddeford around 10:30 pm on Friday, July 26.”
Identities of Youths not Released
“Their identities can not be released due to confidentiality laws,” according to the Department of Corrections.

Wanted on Multiple Charges
The two males are wanted for Robbery, Theft and Assault.
