Turkey Fight in Acadia Ntl Park Results in Surprising Twist [VIDEO]
This ain't no turkey dance... it's a turkey duel.
Two tom turkeys were filmed in Acadia National Park staking their claim. Lindsay Curtis put the video up on Facebook.
The fight itself could have been a little more entertaining and maybe you get the jist of what is happening. Unfortunately, we don't get to see how it all ended.
OR DID WE?
I have surmised the true events that unfolded. So, here is the breakdown.
What Really Happened
We've got Bruce (Left) and Kevin (Right) duking it out. Not sure if that's their names but we got to distinguish between the two, somehow.
The struggle continues as Kevin starts to take over the fight with his beak on top of Bruce's while Keven starts to drive Bruce to the other side of the road. It's getting intense.
The intensity increases as Kevin continues to bring Bruce to the left side of the road, dominating his opponent. #TeamTurkeyKevin
The fight comes at a plateau as Kevin and Bruce both stand their grounds, exhibiting equal strength and beak-grip ability. But, who's this off to the left? Perhaps a new contender?
Nope, just drunk Steve stopping by to see if anybody wants to get in on a 12-pack.
Sorry, Steve. This party has taken an uncomfortable turn and your presence is ignored. Steve continues on while the fight continues to play out between Bruce and Kevin.
In the finale, we check out Bruce OVERTAKING Kevin and we see a possible upset in this tour de force of poultry fury. Unfortunately, the vehicle driver takes advantage of Kevin and Bruce moving out of the way of the lane and leaves the fight unresolved for all of us. We never know who wins...
But, wait! I think we have a twist ending, because....
Drunk Steve, though heavily intoxicated and seemingly oblivious, had a sly motive all along... here is getting ready to go attract the ladies that Bruce and Kevin aren't paying attention to. You're no stupid turkey, are you Drunk Steve?
Good move, Steve. Nobody saw that coming. And for that, Drunk Steve, you win the Turkey Fight of Acadia National Park 2019.
