The Maine State Lottery Announced Powerball Jackpot Winners
The Maine state lottery confirmed on Thursday evening that two winning tickets were sold.

State officials said that during the drawing the jackpot increased to $ 587.5 million. The winning numbers were: 5, 16, 22, 23, 29 and Powerball of 6.
Tickets were selling on average 130,000 a minute for the second largest payoff in U.S. history.
Two people one in Arizona and another one in Missouri won on Wednesday and additional 8,924,123 players won smaller prizes.
