State Police say the driver, 35-year-old Christopher Hagan of Houlton, was not injured in the mishap.  Hagan was turning right onto the Bangor Road from the Burton Road, when the truck's right tires went into the ditch, according to Sgt. Brian Harris. The 1994 Kenworth leaned sharply to the right and the weight of the load caused the body to separate from the truck and spill the potato seed.

The Bangor Road was temporarily blocked while the truck was removed from the roadway. Trooper Gavin Endre investigated the crash and noted that speed was not a factor and that Hagan was wearing a seat belt.
