Saco Man Arrested for Selling Heroin
Michael A. Constabile, 23, was arrested yesterday in Saco for selling heroin. Police officers became suspicious of illegal activities at an apartment complex. They requested help from Maine Drug Enforcement Agents, who performed a search on the premises.
Constabile was caught with 9.4 grams of heroin, packaged for re-sale, with a street value of $1350. He is currently at the York county jail, held on aggravated heroin trafficking charges.
