RCMP officers are asking for the public's help as they continue to investigate an alleged assault that occurred outside an arena in Minto, New Brunswick earlier this summer.

On June 29 at approximately 2:30 a.m., an altercation between two men took place on the street in front of the Minto Centennial Arena, according to Constable Justin Fullarton of the Minto RCMP. When police arrived, they found a 19-year-old man lying on the street injured and a large crowd of people gathered around him. The man was taken to the hospital and later released.

Investigators spoke to several witnesses and believe there may have been video footage taken during the time of the altercation. The RCMP is asking anyone who may have  recorded this incident to contact the Minto RCMP Detachment at 506-327-1820.
