UPDATE: Presque Isle Police Still Looking for Two Missing Boys

UPDATE FROM PIPD FACEBOOK, 4-29-19, 11 AM:

"Thank you to all of you for your shares, comments and tips regarding Joel and Carter Strother!

We have had a phone conversation with their father who is refusing to cooperate with Law Enforcement.

We are still searching for the children and have received many, many tips from all over the east coast. We believe they may be travelling in a metallic colored GMC Terrain possibly with temporary paper plates or a tan Cadillac Escalade.

PIPD have attached a few photos of Joel Strother to this post, please note the birthmark on the left side of his neck which may look like a faded tattoo.

ORIGINAL STORY:

The Presque Isle Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of two children. The children’s names are Joel Strother II (12 years old) and Carter Strother III (10 years old).

Police have reason to believe the children have been taken out of state against their will and may possibly be in North Carolina or South Carolina.

The children may be with one of the following persons:

Joel Strother
Kimberly McLoud AKA Kimberly Strother
Christopher McLeod
Matthew McLeod
