Penobscot County Police Host Drug Take-Back and Document Shredding
On Friday, October 21, from 7am to 6pm, the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office and the Bangor Police Department will be hosting a “Drug Take Back & Shredding Event”.
The Sheriff's office says it's a great opportunity for folks in a wide area to dispose of expired or unused medications, along with sensitive paperwork and/or documents.
The Drug Take Back will run through the day, whereas shredding will occur 8am-12pm at the Airport Mall Parking lot, Union Street Side in Bangor
“Drug Take Events” are also scheduled statewide Saturday, October 22nd from. 10am-2pm. Check with you local law enforcement for locations.
