An overnight fire destroyed the Schooner Landing Restaurant and Marina in Damariscotta.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation. The fire was put out around 7:30 am Sunday morning. No one was injured, said WGME News.
Overlooks Damariscotta River
The restaurant is located on Main Street and overlooks the Damariscotta River.
Six Fire Departments Responded
Six local fire departments responded to the call including Damariscotta, Newcastle, Bristol, Bremen, Waldoboro, Nobleboro. The county strike team was also on the scene to assist.
