Mookie Betts led off the the late night game with a home run and then added two more as the Boston Red Sox crushed the LA Angels 10-1.

Betts and company forced Angels rookie sensation Shohei Ohtani out of the game after just two innings and 66 pitches. The Sox scored four times and Ohtani was out of the game with a blister on his finger.

Jackie Bradley Jr, Brock Holt and Rafael Devers all hit home runs as the Sox pounded out 15 hits against Angels pitchers.

Meanwhile, David Price worked the first five innings and left with a 9-1 lead. He allowed just one run on three hits and four walks. Price struck out six.

The Sox have now won five in a row and are a major league best 14-2.
