Man and Woman Sentenced to Prison for Drug Trafficking in Maine
A 49-year-old man was sentenced to 6 years in prison and a 42-year-old woman will serve 5 years behind bars for drug trafficking in Maine.
Man Sentenced to 6 Years for Drug Trafficking
Michael Bolster was sentenced to72 months in prison on one count of conspiring to distribute fentanyl and two counts of distributing fentanyl. He will also have five years of supervised release. Bolster pleaded guilty on January 18, 2024.
Woman Sentenced to 5 Years
Jessica Bolster was sentenced to 60 months in prison on one count of conspiring to distribute fentanyl and one count of distributing fentanyl. She will also have four years of supervised release. Bolster pleaded guilty on February 21, 2024.
Drugs Sold to Confidential Source
The Bolsters conspired with others to traffic fentanyl in Maine, said court records. They sold fentanyl to a confidential source on three occasions in July 2023.
542 Grams of Fentanyl in Baggies Seized
A search warrant was executed in August 2023 at the Bolsters’ residence. Police seized two large bundles of fentanyl in small baggies wrapped for individual sale, totaling approximately 542 grams.
Co-Conspirator Already in Prison
A co-conspirator, 25-year-old Darwin Mateo, is currently serving a 36-month sentence.
