Hampden Man Faces Multiple Charges for an Alleged Road Rage Incident
Dakota Miles, 27, of Hampden, is charged with criminal threatening, violation of conditional release, and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person for an incident that involved an alleged altercation between two drivers.

Officials Say a Firearm Was Allegedly Displayed During the Encounter Between Drivers
Brewer Police say they learned of an alleged road rage incident on March 9th that was reported to have started on Interstate 95 in Bangor and ended on South Main Street in Brewer. Few details were released, but officials did say it allegedly involved the display of a firearm. There are no reports of any injuries as a result of this interaction.

Brewer Road Rage Suspect is Prohibited From Possessing Firearms
An investigation led the police to Dakota Miles and they obtained a warrant to search his apartment in Hampden. Officials say Miles was on bail for a domestic violence offense and was the defendant in a protection order from a former intimate partner, which prohibited him from possessing firearms.
Several firearms were seized in that search and Miles was arrested.
