June 14 – Trooper Quint received report of a male subject that was looking in windows at a residence in Connor, it was reported the male had been in the area lately looking in other windows and acting strange. Tr. Quint was unable to locate anyone in the area.

June 15 – Trooper Sucy responded to Littleton for a report on an abandoned vehicle on the ATV trail, investigation revealed the vehicle had been reported stolen to Houlton PD on the 6th, the vehicle was towed and Houlton PD is continuing the investigation

June 16 –  Trooper Stoutamyer responded to an attended death in the town of Westfield at the Camper’s Paradise Campground. 85-year-old male was staying at his camper when he collapsed on the kitchen floor, and was immediately unresponsive. Crown Ambulance Service responded, and CPR was not initiated. Nothing suspicious was noted, and his doctor signed off on the death certificate.

June 16 –  Trooper Stoutamyer and Sgt. Chad Fuller responded to the town of Castle Hill for a possible bail violation. 30-year-old female had been arrested by the Aroostook County S.O. earlier in the day for domestic assault on her mother and was released on bail. One of her bail conditions was not to return to her mother’s residence, and it was reported by mother that the daughter was at her home while she was standing by at a residence across the road. Tr. Stoutamyer arrived and located daughter inside the residence. Daughter was arrested for VCR without incident.

June 16 –  Trooper Darcy charged a Patten man with Class B Burglary in reference to a burglary that occurred at a residence in Patten on June 10.

June 15 - June 18  – Sgt. Haines attended week 3 of LPO and also spent two days in Parkman on the manhunt as part of the Tactical Team.

June 17 – Trooper Sucy was attempting to locate a male subject in the Houlton area on a warrant and while checking the house of an acquaintance, he located the male and arrested him without incident. While there, he inquired about a second male with a warrant and discovered the second male was at the house too and he arrested him also on an outstanding warrant.

June 17 – Trooper Lilley responded to Crystal for a report of an assault, after investigation parties declined to press charges and male subject was given a warning for trespassing and left the residence.

June 18 –  Trooper Endre was called to the public boat landing at Nickerson Lake for an abandoned motor vehicle. Investigation showed the plates were illegally attached and the owner was charged.

June 18  – Trooper Sylvia investigated a theft of prescription drugs in Mapleton. The prescription was filled the previous day and is the second time the victim reported having his medication stolen. The case remains under investigation.

June 19 – Troopers Sylvia and Levesque responded to two separate calls dealing with the same mentally disturbed female in Mapleton. Both times she was transported to TAMC and the first time she was quickly released. The ER Doctor was consulted at the second visit and the woman was admitted.

June 20 – Trooper Endre was called to the Houlton Port of Entry to recover a stolen shotgun and separate warrant arrest. The LE Agency in Minnesota was contacted and checking with the victim about having the firearm shipped back.

June 20 – Trooper Luce and Trooper Levesque responded to Grand Isle for a report of someone shooting a BB gun or pellet gun at a residence as they drove past. The vehicle was not located that night but investigation is continuing.

June 21 – Trooper Sylvia issued a harassment warning to a female in Castle Hill on behalf of her daughter.

June 21 – Trooper Sylvia investigated a vandalism complaint in Mapleton to a front end loader. The investigation is ongoing.

Troop F of the Maine State Police is responsible for Aroostook County and the extreme northern sections of Somerset, Piscataquis and Penobscot counties.
