Tim Horton’s Camp Day Fundraiser Gets Royal [PHOTOS]

Once again I had the pleasure of broadcasting from Tim Horton's Presque Isle location for their annual fundraiser for the Tim Horton's Children's Foundation. Little did I know they had plans to crown me in the process.

For today only I am 'King Tim Horton.' All kidding aside, there are 5 camps in Canada and 1 in the U.S. that are life-changing leadership camps for 10-12 year old's who are economically disadvantaged. All coffee sales from today go toward sending kids to camp. 2 kids from every location get to go so 8 County youth will be chosen in all. Go to sendakidtocamp.com for more information.

I got a chance to talk to 'Miss Tim Horton's' Julia Gorneault as well as Jacob Dakin and Matthew Burtt, both products of this fantastic 10-Day summer camp. There are other ways to donate, including monetarily but If you're out and about today and in need of a coffee, stop by a Tim Horton's and help send a kid to camp.
