Maine State Police Trooper Caleb Adams responded to the crash shortly after 9:30 p.m.

Police say Owen Botting of Island Falls was driving south when he lost control of his 2009 Chevrolet sedan on the slippery road. It was snowing at the time. The car went off the highway and rolled over, according to a press release from Corp. Corey Hafford.

Botting and his two passengers were transported by Houlton Ambulance to Houlton Regional Hospital and treated for minor injuries.

The car sustained unspecified damage and was towed from the scene by G.R. Porter & Sons Towing. State Police say poor tire conditions also contributed to the crash.
