Shots Fired from Moving Vehicle Hit Residence in Maine
Police are investigating after shots were fired from a moving vehicle on Canaan Road in Clinton.
Bullet Hit Residence
A bullet struck a residence around 8:30 to 9 pm Saturday in the 300 to 400 block.
Shots Fired from Passenger Window
The Clinton Police Department said “multiple residents reported a vehicle traveling toward Canaan while firing shots out the passenger side window.”
Shell Casings Found
Shell casings were found at the scene. No injuries were reported. Police are investigating and asking for more information.
Unknown Motive
Clinton PD said the motive was unknown and advised residents to call 911 if anyone sees suspicious activity in the area.
