Man was Part of a Large Drug Trafficking Organization
“Beriguete-Hernandez was part of a drug trafficking organization that delivered fentanyl from Massachusetts to customers in Maine,” according to the United States Attorney’s Office.

Police seized close to 196 grams of a substance containing fentanyl during his arrest in Kittery in April, 2024.
