RCMP Release Identity of Moncton Homicide Victim
A court-ordered publication ban has been lifted on the name of a 33-year-old woman who was a victim of a homicide earlier this month in downtown Moncton.

The body of Naomi Bartlette was discovered at a home on Fleet Street in Moncton on Sunday, April 8. Police believe she died on Friday, April 6.
Rejean Gautreau, a 38-year-old Moncton man, appeared in court on April 9 and was charged with second-degree murder in connection with Bartlette’s death. He has been remanded in custody pending his next court appearance on April 23 at 9 a.m.
