We love mini golf in our Pine Tree State; it’s a fun activity for all ages, with silly obstacles and courses that are just challenging enough. It has all the elements of regular golf, just miniature.

Here in Maine, we can't wait for warmer weather to stick around so we can get outside and enjoy the sun with friends and family.

While there are several things we can do outside, this is one of our favorites. Mini golf is a great way to spend an afternoon laughing, competing a little, and soaking up the sunshine. According to one of the biggest trip-planning companies in the country, Maine has some of the very best courses in all of New England, including the #1 spot.

TripAdvisor recently updated their '10 BEST New England Mini Golf' courses, and with Maine being so prevalent on the list, who are we to disagree?

Maine has two mini golf courses in the top five of the list, with Pirate’s Cove Adventure in Bar Harbor coming in at #4 on the list.

According to TripAdvisor, 'Desert Of Maine' in Freeport is the best mini golf course in New England, with the following description:
