Brackett and 38-year-old Donnell Dana were charged with murdering 43-year-old Kimberly Neptune at her Pleasant Point home in April 2022.

Neptune was stabbed 484 times. Bracket said she was “best friends” with Neptune. Neptune’s body was found wrapped in a blanket, said the Maine State Police.
