Maine Ranks Top 5 As Best State For Women’s Rights
After almost a century of protest from women, in 1920, the 19th Amendment, giving women in the U.S. the right to vote, was ratified and has been growing ever since.
Our friends at WalletHub.com recently conducted a survey to see where the 50 states ranked when it comes to women's rights.
They measured their results with 16 key indicators which include, but are not limited to, gaps between male and female executives and unemployment rates between men and women.
Out of all of the 50 states, the Pine Tree State ranked pretty high.
