Thanks to a tip from a friend, I found a cool TikTok video from the account of Francesca Scorsese, who just happens to be the daughter of the maybe the greatest film director of all-time, the one and only Martin Scorsese.

The pair, along with some other companions, did Bar Harbor right, hitting all the hot spots around town, like Cool As A Moose, and Acadia Perk, enjoying the water, incredible shops, food, and even sampling something I have yet to try, lobster ice cream.

Marty is a bit shy, and only briefly appears in the video, but from all the info I've heard, they have enjoyed our little slice of paradise here in Maine.

I certainly don't need to list his impressive resume of work (but, I will) movies like "Taxi Driver", "Goodfellas", "The Departed", "Casino", and "The Wolf of Wall Street" are all stone cold classics, and his upcoming film looks as good as any of his legendary work.

I'm guessing he needed a relaxing vacation, before "Killers of the Flower Moon" hits theatres on October 20th.

It stars Leonardo DiCaprio and is set in the 1920's, when members of the Osage Native American tribe of Osage County, Oklahoma, are murdered after oil is found on their land, and the FBI decides to investigate.
