House Engulfed in Flames Shuts Down Roads in Maine
A home was engulfed in flames causing road closures on Route and Maine 140 in Hartford, Maine on Sunday afternoon.
Farmhouse Fire Closes Roads
The Buckfield Fire Department said the farmhouse fire started around 1 pm. No one was home at the time. No injuries were reported, said WGME News.
Lack of Water Source and Quick Response
The Buckfield Fire Chief Adam Dupile said there was not a good water source for firefighters to battle the blaze and quick action helped first responders put out the fire.
Ongoing Fire Investigation
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
