Today is the anniversary of Canada’s Confederacy, so Happy Canada Day to all of our Canadian friends!

Did you know that Canada was formerly known as ‘Dominion Day’? It was later changed to Canada Day.
Canada Day is celebrated with parades, fireworks, outdoor concerts, and festivals. Many Canadians also celebrate with barbecues. It’s like the American ‘4th of July Holiday’, if you will.
Many businesses will either be closed today or will be open special hours in honor of the Holiday.
