This is the second time the MDEA’s lab team has searched the same 1999 Ford Taurus owned by White. In August, agents search his car on Route 1A in Easton, where they uncovered evidence of manufacturing meth through the popular ‘shake and bake’ method. White was changed and released on bail.

However, last Saturday, state troopers were called to a burglary in Easton. Trooper Chad Fuller’s investigation took him to a residence on Route 1A. When he searched the suspect’s vehicle Fuller discovered meth paraphernalia. For safety reasons he stopped his search and called the MDEA team. They towed the car and took to an impound where they were able to safely search the car.

White is now charged with a second count of methamphetamine manufacturing and a violation of conditions of release. The investigation is not done yet and MDEA is expecting to make additional arrests.

According to the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency this is the 13th lab bust in Maine, eight of which have been in Aroostook county.

If you have information about illegal narcotic activities you can report them to MDEA or call 1-800-452-6457.
