State Police say Trooper Nick Casavant responded to a single-vehicle crash on Route 163 in Castle Hill at approximately 10 p.m.

The investigation revealed that 57-year-old Stephen Barker of Chapman was driving east on Route 163 when he lost control of his 2006 GMC 2500 pickup truck.

The truck left the roadway, struck a snow bank, rolled over and landed on its roof. The vehicle sustained significant damage. Barker was apparently not injured.

Police say poor road conditions contributed to the crash.
