Blow Your Mind is becoming quite a popular staple on The Tonight Show, and it's not hard to see why. It's just plain fun to watch grass or confetti getting blasted into a celebrity's face at super-high speeds -- especially when replayed in slow-motion.

Last night Jimmy Fallon had on Steve Carell, who's now the internet's favorite sexy grayhair. Carell strapped on the obligatory wig, 'stache and glasses, and sat in front of the cannon. Then the giant head of ?uestlove asked him whether the Eiffel Tower truly does shrink six inches in the cold. What did Carell say, true or false?

The answer may surprise you...

Seth Meyers took a look (but not "A Closer Look") at the latest news, starting with Senate Republicans pulling back their health care bill -- which would have repealed Obamacare and replaced it with what just about every single analyst has said is a system that would be far, far worse -- because they couldn't get a majority to support it.

"But since when have Republicans let a little thing like not having the majority vote get in their way?" Meyers asked, as a picture of President Donald Trump appeared. Trump, you may recall, got nearly 3 million fewer votes than Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election but still gets to be president. Quite the little electoral system we've got, isn't it?

And over on The Late Show, we learned about the new ground rules for White House press briefings. Press Secretary Sean Spicer has banned any audio or video recordings of the formerly routine back-and-forth between the media and the president's spokesperson because, well, that's never been made all that clear, but we're sure it has something to do with whining about FAKE NOOZ.

But this time around, reporters may have to contend with a briefing room slowly filling with water and the presence of an electric eel. Come on, Spicey, you gotta televise that!
