Wyclef Jean Performs for NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert [WATCH]

Fresh off of the release of his newest album, Carnival III: The Fall and Rise of a Refugee, Wyclef Jean stopped by the NPR offices for a performance during their Tiny Desk concert series.

Wyclef started off his three-song set with two tracks from his latest project, performing "Borrowed Time" and "Turn Me Good," and then ended with his hit song, "Gone Till November."

Joined by a two-piece backing band (Patrick Andriantsialonina and Manny Laine) and vocalist Jazzy Amra, Wyclef jammed on the bass, guitar and keyboard, showing off his musicianship along with his vocal ability.

"The message on this album is that love and hate can never be friends," Wyclef recently told The Boombox. Love is going to conquer hate no matter what, it don't matter if dude got a red flag or a blue flag. At the end of the day if dude got a Haitian flag it's like they all meet as one."
