Maine State Police responded to multiple crashes on I-95 between Bangor and Augusta on Wednesday afternoon as freezing rain and snow showers led to slippery roads.
A 46-year-old Washburn man lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree Friday night on Griffin Ridge Road in Mapleton, said the Aroostook County Sheriff's Office.
