Maynor David Casalegno Escobar was given time served (124 days). He pleaded guilty on May 30, 2025.

Arrested by U.S. Border Patrol

Casalegno Escobar was arrested by U.S. Border Patrol on April 10 after a traffic stop in Portland.

Not Authorized to be in America

The U.S. Attorney's Office said he “was not a U.S. citizen, and that he did not have any authorization to be in the country.”

Previously Deported from United States

Casalegno Escobar admitted and court records confirmed that he had been previously deported from the country.
