David Price threw eight dominant innings, Mookie Betts clubbed a 2-run home run and Jackie Bradley Jr took away a 2-run homer as the Red Sox beat the Yankees 3-0 Sunday night. The two rivals finished with a 2-2 split of the four game series.

First Price - his best outing of the year by far. He had great velocity and control. Price scattered seven hits, he struck out eight while not walking a batter. He is now 5-2 with a 3.39 ERA.

Then there is JBJ - in the 8th inning he robbed Aaron Judge of a home run in the trianble in centerfield...

Mookie Betts gave the Sox the early lead. After 24 consecutive innings of not scoring a run, a Betts homer changed everything...

The Red Sox are now 52-41 and the lead in the AL East is three games over Tampa Bay. The Yanks are actually 3.5 back.

Tonight the Sox open a four game series with Toronto.
