Police Seize Cocaine, Guns, Stolen Property in Western N.B.
A 66-year-old western New Brunswick man has been arrested after police say they seized drugs, firearms and a large quantity of stolen property from his home.
West District RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on Route 102 in Barony, New Brunswick on Friday in connection with a drug investigation.
During the search, police seized various quantities of marijuana, a substance believed to be cocaine, contraband cigarettes, and 10 firearms, as well as stolen property, according to a press release from Cpl. Peter Stubbs.
The suspect was arrested and later released on a promise to appear in Woodstock Provincial Court at a later date.
The investigation continues.
