Police Seek Owners of Stolen Property Recovered in Van Buren

Police confiscated thousands of dollars worth of tools and other suspected stolen property from a residence in Van Buren on Sunday.  

Maine State Police assisted the Van Buren Police Department with the execution of a search warrant, and seized a large amount of construction tools, including various power saws, nail guns, sanders, a compressor, batteries, chargers, drills and wrenches.

State Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying any property that may have been stolen.  If you recognize any of the items in the photographs, please call the Maine State Police barracks in Houlton at (207) 532-5400 and ask to speak with Trooper Chuck Michaud.
